Angharad
Angharad is Rhyl and Lluryf's daughter - although I think Rhyl probably disowned her.
Personality:
She's very manipulative. She knows exactly how pretty she is, and uses that to her advantage. She's not really vain, though. She tends to go through boyfriends rather quickly. She's really not so much "evil" as she is selfish and just a little not-quite-sane. Growing up in Lluryf's household, she didn't have much of a chance to learn morality, either. She enjoys causing trouble and annoying people, especially her brother.

Physical description:
Angharad has waist-length, wavy, darkish-blond hair, with a shoulder-length lock of hair in front of either ear, framing her face. Her most noticeable feature is her eyes: the left one is grey, and the right one is blue. She usually wears low-cut, revealing clothing - always dresses or skirts, never pants.
Author's perspective:
I'm honestly not sure where Angharad came from or what her purpose is. The earliest picture I have of Angharad (it's not posted here or anywhere) looks nothing like her current design, and at the time she wasn't evil. I think I was playing around with the idea of making her Angwyn's fiancee, who he can't relate to at all after returning to Cylramos from Lluryf's dungeon. Angst ensues. I couldn't get that to work right, though, so somehow she ended up as Lluryf's daughter. She's always been manipulative and clingy, though.
