Fiona Taylor

Fiona is a human college student with the potential ability to use magic. She wears a bracelet that's been handed down in her family for generations, and incidentally happens to be made of iron, moon-forged silver, and woven with spells to break other spells. It was used to break the spell holding Rhiannon. Obviously Fiona doesn't know about this beforehand; it's anyone's guess how her family ended up with a magical artifact as a family heirloom. After Rhiannon is set free, she tracks the energy released to Fiona. Rhiannon is convinced that Fiona is a potential magic-user, but since she's not a trained mage herself, she doesn't know how to test for the ability in humans, but Fiona doesn't really believe her.

Physical description: Shoulder-length light red hair, which she usually wears down with two small braids, one at each ear. Her eyes are green, and she has a few freckles, which are really only noticeable in the summer. (Or when I remember to draw them. Whichever.) She's about average height, average weight; vaguely muscular, although not nearly as much so as she thinks.

Strengths:
Obviously, the ability to use magic. Since she's a human mage, she can use magic when in contact with or surrounded by iron, unlike most magical beings.

Weaknesses:
Her magic is not particularly strong; since she has to learn as an adult rather than a child, many things that are almost instinctive to the other characters take concentration for her.
